UCSD WebScheduler: Is It Actually Broken?

It looks like while people are able to enroll in classes, tritonlink and webreg are experiencing extended load times. Updates will continue to be posted to the status page. due to an unforeseen bug and exploit with webreg, all students were able to get a priority enrollment second pass even if they were not enrolled for priority enrollment. I saw someone's post here saying they can enroll past 11. 5 units. So i went to check web reg and now i can't even select spring quarter?
